Regarding Nick's question about what the guild bank currently contains, I think we should make a list of the guild bank's content and post it on this site. From what I recall sending I believe the bank contains mostly enchanting mats and tier 0 items that we've gathered on guild runs.
As to the second part of the question, which asked what should guild members send to the bank, I would suggest mainly gear that would help fellow guildies, particualarly the dungeon sets. Of course if you can use the item or if you acquire it during a non-guild run (and the item is a hot seller) then there is no pressure to send it to the bank. However, it would be greatly appreciated

The dkp site has a wonderful guild bank addon and an auto updater mod. No need to have to write down contents or even upload the files. It updates each time you log into that character and open the bags. So everytime the bank is logged in, you have the most recent view of the contents of the bank.
